CLOVEMı

Privacy Policy

Effective August 28, 2026

This policy explains what information Clovemi (operated by Jesmiyatech, based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada) collects when you use the Clovemi application, and how we handle it.

1. Information We Collect

When you create an account and use Clovemi, we collect:

  • Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored securely, never in plain text)
  • Business data you enter: sales, expenses, cash records, customers, suppliers, inventory, and similar records you choose to track
  • Billing information: if you subscribe to Pro, payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe — Clovemi never sees or stores your full card number
  • Basic technical data needed to operate the Service, such as login timestamps and session cookies

2. How We Use It

We use your information to operate and improve Clovemi: to run your dashboard, generate your reports, process billing, provide customer support, and keep the Service secure. We don't sell your personal or business data, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

3. Who We Share It With

We only share data with the service providers that help us run Clovemi, specifically:

  • Supabase — our database and authentication provider, which stores your account and business data
  • Stripe — our payment processor, for Pro plan billing
  • Vercel — our hosting provider, which serves the application

We don't sell data to advertisers or data brokers, and we don't share your business data with other Clovemi customers.

4. Cookies

Clovemi uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account or request deletion, we delete your data after a reasonable period, except where we're required to keep certain billing records for legal or tax purposes. See our Account Deletion page for how to request this.

6. Your Rights

You can access, correct, export, or request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. If you're located somewhere with specific data-protection rights (such as the EU/UK GDPR or a provincial/federal Canadian privacy law), those rights apply to you and we'll honor requests made under them.

7. Security

We rely on our providers' industry-standard security practices (encryption in transit, access controls, and secure infrastructure) to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so we encourage using a strong, unique password on your account.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll let you know by email or an in-app notice before they take effect.
